Mugi miso is made from organic soya beans and barley. This miso is a perfect mix of all five flavours: salty, sweet, bitter, sour and umami. Mugi miso is made using artisanal techniques and ferments for a minimum of 12 months in 100-year-old cedar casks.
Storage Information
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 months. Natural colour variation may occur over time. This will not affect product quality.
