Description
Frozen sweet mochi with ice cream filling and crushed cookie topping. Mochi is a traditional Asian dessert with a light rice flavor and chewy doughnut texture! After trying 20 different types of matcha…we settled on matcha from the Uji region of Japan. The result is a perfect harmony of green tea mochi ice cream, with its distinctively balanced and earthy flavour.
INGREDIENTS
Whole milk, Sugar, Water, Rice flour, Double cream (milk), Trehalose*, Green Tea Powder (1.6%), Skimmed milk powder, Tapioca starch, Emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), Salt, Soya.
* Trehalose is a source of glucose
