Maggi cooking sauce is an aromatic liquid flavoring that can be used as an ingredient to bring out the flavors of any dish. It is a thin sauce, with the consistency of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce, which it looks like. It is a hydrolyzed vegetable protein-based sauce used as a substitute for meat flavoring. You just use a few drops at a time.
