Koshi Yutaka Rice is premium rice cultivated in the rich paddy fields using groundwater from Mekong Delta, the breadbasket region of Vietnam. Every year we send off a premium blend of Japanese rice seeds for the best output and cultivate the rice under the supervision of experienced Japanese farmers. To guarantee the best quality, we produce the rice using Japanese machinery, maintained by Japanese technicians.
