This deep frozen fishery product is produced in a wet environment and contains added water and a protective ice layer. It has white meat without shell, notably sweet and delicate flavor, so you can serve them as you prefer cold, or hot. It tastes very good in omelets, crepes, quiches, soups, salads, pastas and casserole dishes. Essential also in sushi as a filling for maki rolls and inside out rolls!
