Tempura is a special process in which ingredients are dipped in batter and then fried in hot oil. Obento tempura flour is made from wheat flour and tapioca starch. Just add water and your batter is ready. Dip your favorite ingredients such as vegetables, meat or fish in the batter and deep-fry them to get a crunchy layer.
