ALIOS SA manages the website www.alios.gr which is mainly addressed to professionals of the catering industry (chefs) and through it you can be informed about the available products of the company. The huge range of our company’s products covers specialized needs arising from the trends of the season with a variety of items that cover all cuisines. From Asian, international, traditional Greek and Mediterranean to seafood, we have all the necessary products and tools that every kitchen and every chef needs. - What is Privacy Data?

ALIOS SA will respond to your requests free of charge, without any delay and in any case within (1) one week from the date of receipt of your request. However, if your request is complex, or if there are a large number of requests, or if it depends on third parties, then it may need to take up to (2) two months to respond to you. If your requests are manifestly unfounded, or excessive in particular due to their repetitive nature, ALIOS SA may impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or performing the requested action, or refuse to follow up the request by giving reasons for its response to you. During the processing of your data, ALIOS SA does not make decisions, or carry out profiling based on automated processing of your data. - What is the applicable law during the processing of your Data by ALIOS SA?
The applicable law is the Greek law, as formed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU and Law 4624/2019 and in general the applicable national and European legislative and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data. The competent courts for any disputes arising in relation to your data are the courts of Piraeus. - Where can you seek redress to check whether your rights have been respected?
If you do not receive a reply within the prescribed period (one month with – under certain conditions – an extension of two months), or the reply you receive is not satisfactory, or the issue has not been resolved, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). - How will you be notified of any amendments to this Statement?
ALIOS SA shall update this statement whenever necessary. If there are significant changes to the statement, or to the way we process your personal data, we will publish on our website (www.alios.gr) the update of this statement before the changes take effect and we will notify you by any appropriate means.
