Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce is an all purpose gourmet condiment made from the fine ingredients such as dried scallops, dried shrimp, red chill peppers and spices. It is a delicious appetizer by itself as well as a good addition to all dishes. Ideal for stir-fry dishes, especially good for stir-fried rice, noodles, tofu and seafood.
