Soybean paste is a thick herbal sauce made from soybeans and various grains added. The taste of the soybean paste is similar to miso paste. Healthy Boy Formula 1 Soybean paste can be used for seasoning soups, meat dishes and stews. A few teaspoons of paste is enough to intensify the flavor. The mildly seasoned soybean paste of the traditional brand Healthy Boy is ideal for seasoning khao man gai (chicken skewers) and pad see ew (stew of meat, rice noodles and broccoli).
