KISHU MONOGATARI PLUM WINE WITH PLUMS (720ML)

The Kishu Nanko tree from which the plums for this local delicacy are taken grows locally in Wakayama prefecture Japan and has been protected and regarded as a local treasure ever since its discovery in the Edo period. The juice is extracted and stored away and left to mature for up to a year. After which it is fermented in wine yeast and sugar to produce a sweet aromatic plum wine. Made from 100% mature Kishu Plums, this is a fruity plum wine with whole plums.
