MARUTOMO New Bonito Dashi Stock is a blend of bonito flakes and Soda katsuobushi in an exquisite ratio and is characterised by its rich aroma and full-bodied flavour. It is ideal for miso soup, other soups, and simmered food stock. Use one heaping teaspoon (4g) in three cups (600ml) of cold or hot water.
