SHRIMP CARABINEROS (HOSO)

Carabineros shrimp are juicy, red, and full of rich flavor. They are caught in the open sea between the eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean, sorted, weighed, packaged, and frozen immediately (IQF freezing) as soon as they are taken out of the water. We can try them grilled, steamed, or lightly fried with garlic and chili sauce, as carpaccio, or in a favorite paella.
