IKURA KETA SALMON CAVIAR

Salmon Roe Keta is known for being called ‘red caviar’, or by its Japanese name ‘ikura’. The bright golden-orange pearls are filled with a sweet and honey-like flavor with only 2% salt, fresh and with a texture that allows them to melt on the mouth in a small burst of flavour. Suggested for seafood salads, canapés, or sauces. They are excellent flavor enhancers in any of your dishes. Gourmet choice for cold appetizers, salads and seafood spaghetti. Defrost and consume directly.
