This sake is made using only the highest quality ingredients, including premium rice and pure water. It is brewed using traditional Japanese techniques that have been refined over centuries, resulting in a sake that is smooth, clean, and full of flavor. The heavenly fruity and crispt aroma reminiscent of melon and banana is brought by Takara’s unique and exclusive yeast called “Kaori Yeast” which was created particularly for this sake in their brewery in Kyoto, Japan.
