Description
Food spherifications based on Mullet roe (processed fishing product), packaged in glass jars, closed with Twist-off lids under vacuum and pasteurized. An excellent choice for adding a fancy touch to your menu plates. Wrapped in nori seaweed and confit in olive oil, offers an exceptional texture and flavour, ideal to enjoy sliced with its infused oil, in niguiris, rice or pasta dishes.

This product does not contain and has not been developed from genetically modified organisms, as its determinated in European Directives (2009/41 & 2001/18/EC). Furthermore, no ingredients containing GMOs are handled in the manufacturing facility, so there is no possibility of cross-contamination.
