Description

All the goodness of fried seafood in a very delicate flour coating that allows you to prepare lighter, crunchier and faster fried food, to enhance the true taste of the sea. For a special dinner with friends, as an aperitif or as a delicious snack, you can make them in a frying pan in a few minutes.
Preparation: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the frozen shrimp and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy. They can be cooked in a pan, deep fryer (at 180°C), or oven. Remove them to a plate covered with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil and serve with sauce.
