SUSHI SU RICE VINEGAR (250ML)

A 250ml glass bottle of sushi vinegar. Sushi vinegar is a very mild vinegar made from rice with added sugar and salt, mixed with plain boiled rice it creates sushi rice. As this sushi vinegar is so mild, it can even be used as a dressing on salads too. Sushi vinegar can also be called seasoned rice vinegar and is an important part of making sushi. Vinegar was originally added to rice as a way to help preserve the fish before refrigeration. Although not necessary anymore, the tradition has stuck and the rice vinegar is now more for flavour.
