KATSUOBUSHI BONITO FLAKES PREMIUM (500GR)

Premium quality bonito flakes with bloodline removed. Bonito flakes also called “Katsuobushi” are created over a long process of carefully drying and removing moisture from the fish, and have a salty, lightly fishy flavour. Bonito flakes are used alongside kombu seaweed to make dashi stock, the basis to any Japanese dishes that require a stock, but you can also sprinkle them on top of dishes such as okonomiyaki, takoyaki, noodles and other Japanese dishes and snacks.
