SANSHO KO PEPPER (12GR)

Sansho pepper is a finely ground spice with a strong citrus flavor made from peppercorns from selected Japanese peppercorns. It is essential for certain Japanese dishes such as Unagi (Grilled Eels) and Yakitori (Grilled Chicken on a skewer). It is also good with Miso or Osuimono soup. It can be used in various meat or fish dishes in place of chili pepper and bell pepper.
