Sake is Japanese’s national alcoholic beverage brewed from rice, and can be enjoyed in a variety of different vessels. These wooden sake cups called Kimasu made of cypress and were originally used as measuring tools. They impart a pleasant woody aroma into the sake so are not suitable for premium junmai daiginjos. These wooden cups can also be used for food presentations at both restaurants and catering events.
