VERMICELLI NOODLES WITH GREEN TEA (300GR)

Thin wheat flour noodles fermented with jeju green tea powder. They have a particularly soft and elastic texture and are ideal for cold dishes.

Preparation Instructions:
Boil 2 litres of water, add the noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain in a colander, rinse with plenty of running water and drain well. Serve the noodles in nests, garnish with chopped spring onions and seaweed and serve with a soy sauce and palamida broth.
