IKURA KETA SALMON CAVIAR

Salmon Roe Keta is known for being called ‘red caviar’, or by its Japanese name ‘ikura’. The bright golden-orange pearls are filled with a sweet and honey-like flavor with only 2% salt, fresh and with a texture that allows them to melt on the mouth in a small burst of flavour. Suggested for seafood salads, canapés, or sauces. They are excellent flavor enhancers in any of your dishes. Gourmet choice for cold appetizers, salads and seafood spaghetti.
