Naturally rich in marine character, it has an iodized taste which brings a distinctive umami taste and subtle ocean aroma to culinary preparations. Use as a condiment to flavor creams, stews, croquettes and scrambled eggs, on fish, in bread, or puff pastry doughs. You can also use it in batter to elaborate jams, ice creams, cakes and cookies.
