ORGANIC SALTED GREEN OGO NORI (500GR)

Product made from edible Ogo-nori seaweed, popularly known as “carnosa”, in its green color variant, harvested by hand, washed, preserved in natural sea salt, and packaged. Harvested by hand in their natural environment along the Coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese Waters). Originally redish brown, it turns into green after being processed. Please ensure to process it before use to avoid food poisoning. Harvested in area where crustaceans and molluscs are present.
