Tatsuta-age is a premium traditional Japanese-style fried chicken dish made with marinated chicken pieces coated in potato starch and deep-fried until crispy. These lightly battered and fried chicken pieces, offering a delicate and savory flavor, great for bento boxes or as a main dish.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken (68%), Water, Potato Starch, Soybean Oil, Corn Starch, Salt, Soy Sauce (Gluten), White Granulated Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Ginger, Thickener (E1420 – Acetylated Starch).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

• Deep Frying: Fry the product from frozen at 170°C for approximately 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
• Oven: Heat from frozen in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
• Airfryer: Heat from frozen at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes. Shake halfway through for even crispiness.
