Nori is the Japanese word for seaweed. Kizami nori is seaweed that has been roasted and then finely shredded. It is fine shred nori cut into 1.5mm width. It is perfect for garnishing noodles, donburi (rice bowl), grains and salads, adding bright color, flavor and nutrition. Nori have very low Sodium and are a good source of Iodine, Protein and Vitamin C. Resealable pouch.
