CHILEAN SNOW CRAB MEAT

Τhe Chilean Snow Crab (Paralomis Granulosa), also known as the false King crab, or the softshell Red crab, is a species of King crab. This crab has a rounded triangular body with stout legs, reddish base with white bumps, found in rocky substrates and kelp forests in the Southeast Pacific and Southwest Atlantic oceans. The meat is often cooked and is versatile enough to be used in salads, soups, dumplings, or served with lemon and butter. We offer this refined and fresh red crab meat in a 400 to 464 gram vacumed package.
