Description

Ebi Fry Torpedo is a popular Japanese-style appetizer consisting of large, straight shrimp that are coated in crunchy panko breadcrumbs and deep-fried until golden brown. Unlike traditional shrimp tempura, which uses a light flour-and-water batter, Ebi Fry features a thicker, more textured crust similar to tonkatsu.

In the 800gr. package, you will find 32 shrimp weighing approximately 25gr. each.
