IKURA KING SALMON CAVIAR

Oncorhynchus Tshawytscha is the scientific name for the Chinook salmon, also known as king salmon. It is the largest species of Pacific salmon valued for its rich, high-fat flesh. King Ikura salt cured salmon roe has a vibrant, red color and super clean flavor. Large egg size (approx. 4,5mm) that are plump and mature with a consistent pop and mouthfeel. Low salt finish with a sticky, not juicy, consistency.
