Udon is one of the most widely-eaten foods in Japan and they are traditional noodles made with wheat flour with no additives or preservatives. It has a simple, delicate taste, and can be enjoyed in many ways. Yutaka Udon noodles are very simple and easy to cook. Once boiled you can add to make delicious stir-fry meals or serve in a soup stock with toppings such as freshly chopped spring onions, grilled chicken, prawn tempura or fried tofu. It’s normally eaten in soup with toppings of your choice, also great in stir fry (called yaki udon) or salads. Suitable for vegetarians.
