Description

It is an elongated string-shaped green seaweed that has been eaten for a long time and can be used as a raw material for agar along with gelidiaceae. It is also used as a substitute for Mooli for sashimi knobs and poke. Originally brown, it turns into green after being processed. Please ensure to process it before use to avoid food poisoning. Harvested in area where crustaceans and molluscs are present.
