Blended with domestic rice and twice as much rice malt as soybeans. This is one standard white miso von Saikyo. Saikyo white miso with a refreshing sweetness. A popular product with an unchanged, traditional design. Low salt content (less than 5%). The natural sweetness and low salt content bring out the flavor of the ingredients. It can be used in a wide range of dishes.
