SALTED SEA GRAPES UMI BUDO (40GR)

Called «sea grappes», umi budo are seaweed cultivated in the sunny islands of Okinawa. They are also known as the «green caviar» because they have the particularity to burst when chewed like the caviar. Grape-shaped seaweed that inflates in water. It can be used as a garnish for sushi and other dishes. If desired, product can be soaked in drinks. It contains two sachets of 20g each.
