SALICORNIA FRESCA (50GR)

Product harvested by hand in their natural environment, washed and conserved in natural sea salt, without refine until final packaging. It is an edible halophyte (salicornia) with a fleshy texture and a strongly salty, oceanic flavor. It is mainly used in fish and seafood dishes, salads, ceviche, tartare, rice dishes/risotto, and garnishes. Since it is already quite salty, we usually reduce or omit the added salt.
