Pure-soybean miso that has naturally aged in a wooden barrel for over 18 months. The fragrance, aroma and taste are completely natural and rich. Add a bit to any dish for a subtle flavour or even as a salt substitute. Apart from miso soup, it can also be whisked into the dressing, spread and baked onto meat & fish, used as a dip for vegetable sticks, and even blended into a dough.
Storage Information
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. To prevent colour change keeping in a freezer or chiller is recommended.
