Udon noodles are traditional Japanese noodles made with wheat flour with no additives or preservatives. Thick and round wheat noodles, are very simple and easy to cook. Once boiled you can add to make delicious stir-fry meals, or serve in a soup stock with toppings such as freshly chopped spring onions, grilled chicken, prawn tempura or fried tofu.
