Shirodashi is a light-colored, concentrated liquid Dashi (broth) made with salt, sugar, soy sauce and 4 kinds of Japanese Dashi (broth) ingredients… Dried skipjack tuna, mackerel, frigate mackerel and kelp from Hokkaido. No liquid extracts, no artificial coloring, no preservatives, no added high-fructose corn syrup. Allowing you to enjoy natural, elegant umami flavor.
