Description
It was brewed in the blessed natural surroundings of the northern Yatsugatake mountains in Shinshu, during the harsh cold season, using high-quality soft spring water from the upper reaches of the Chikuma River and locally grown rice suitable for sake brewing. Kirisuki is a fine mist-like snow that floats in the air on a clear day and shines in seven colors when sunlight hits it. Daiginjo, brewed from precisely polished rice crystals, has a delicate, fine-grained, and brilliantly elegant taste.
