Yuzu is a citrus fruit, it has a taste between grapefruit and tangerine. Yuzu juice is often used as a seasoning, to prepare the ponzu sauce (with soy sauce), and Yuzu kosho (paste yuzu and pepper). It can also be added to sake, shochu(alcohol) or ice cream. The yuzu juice is 100% natural and preservative free.
