BLACK VINEGAR CHINKIANG (550ML)

Traditional Chinese black vinegar is milder than vinegar, known in Greece as ‘Balsamico’. Chinkiang Vinegar is very popular in southern China. Coming from Zhenjiang City in the east coastal province of Jiangsu, it is considered the best of black rice vinegar. It has a dark colour and has a deep, almost smoky taste. Black rice vinegar is traditionally used for making sauces and for seasonings in soups. Essential for Chinese pasta and sushi!
