Soy sauce-based dressing which is brought alive by the zing of yuzu, a type of Japanese citrus fruit and punch wasabi. It can be added to all sorts of dishes and works particularly well with fish, grilled meat and it is a very basic salad dressing that much Japanese, Western and even Chinese restaurants are using now.
