ORGANIC GIGARTINA PISTILLATA FRESCA (500GR)

Product harvested by hand in their natural environment, washed and conserved in natural sea salt, without refine until final packaging. It is an edible red seaweed (Rhodophyta) harvested from the Atlantic Galician coast and it’s naturally rich in carrageenans, polysaccharides with strong gelling thickening properties. It has a firm texture, mild flavor and slightly nutty notes, suitable cooked, in salads, pickles and potentially desserts.
