Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water. The difference is mainly consistency. It’s creamy texture is ideal to use in curries, rice, cakes, desserts, ice creams and drinks. Coconut Cream is the dairy Free alternative to milk products in most preparations such as entrees, main courses, dessert and sauces. Has no added sugar & preservatives. Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened, remove from the tin and keep refrigerated and use it within 3 days.
