Description

Codium seaweed-based food spherifications (processed ready-to eat product), packed in glass jars, sealed with a Twist-off vacuum lid and pasteurized. An excellent choice for adding a fancy touch to your menu plates.

This product is suitable for vegans and for the general population except for people allergic to fish, crustaceans, mollusks & sulfites. Store between 2°~12°C. Do not freeze. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.

INGREDIENTS

Water, Codium Seaweed (30,3%), Salt, Thickener: E401, E412, E452; Acidulant: E330, Preservative: E202.

This product does not contain and has not been developed from genetically modified organisms, as its determinated in European Directives (2009/41 & 2001/18/EC). Furthermore, no ingredients containing GMOs are handled in the manufacturing facility, so there is no possibility of cross-contamination.
