Mochi is a traditional Asian dessert with a light rice flavor and chewy doughnut texture! Indulge in the smooth texture and slightly sweet flavour of our pistachio ice cream, made with honey roasted pistachios creating that perfectly rich nuttiness. Wrapped in soft mochi dough.

Keep frozen below -18 °C. Take it out of the freezer wait 3-4 minutes and consume directly. Once defrosted, consume within 1 day. If refrigerated, do not refreeze.

INGREDIENTS

Whole milk, sugar, water, rice flour, double cream (milk), trehalose, pistachio (3.7%), honey roasted pistachio (2.9%) (sugar,
pistachio, honey), skimmed milk powder, tapioca starch, spinach powder, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar
gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), salt, colours (annatto norbixin, curcumin, copper complexes of chlorophyllins), soya.
Trehalose is a source of glucose.
