SAIKYO YAKI MISO MARINADE (10KG)

Miso paste is rich in unbound glutamates, which give some foods that meaty taste known as umami. Saikyo yaki is a Kyoto classic made with fresh fish fillets marinated in delicate white miso, then gently grilled until tender and flaky. The result is beautifully balanced, and perfect served as part of a traditional Japanese meal. This product is seasoned to make it easy to prepare miso-pickled dishes, using it as the base.
NOTE: Although this is a dried product we recommend to store it in a refrigerator in order to maintain its color. Once opened, keep refrigerated and wrapped and consume within 2 months.
