Yuzu is a citrus fruit, it has a taste between grapefruit and tangerine. Yuzu juice is often used as a seasoning, to prepare the ponzu sauce and Yuzu kosho. It can also be added to sake, shochu(alcohol) or ice cream. The yuzu juice is 100% natural and preservative free, without any salt.

Storage conditions:
Keep it frozen. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 30 days. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze it.
