Primarily used as kelp sheets to be placed on top of ‘bakura sushi’. Originally manufactured by shaving kelp into thin strips, our unique technology has enabled us to manufacture products at our factory that are equivalent to natural materials. This product can be used not only for placing on sushi and other dishes, but also for rolling, wrapping and other uses.
