EEL SMOKED MINI FILLET (400~600GR)

Eel is a basic element of the Greek and Mediterranean diet in general. Its high nutritional value (rich in omega-3 fats) and its delicate taste make it a fine product. The preparation process begins with the cleaning of the eels. This is followed by salting and incineration without preservatives and additives in a traditional oven. The process is completed by filleting and standardisation of the eels in accordance with international standards.
