FROZEN TRUFFLE SEAWEED (250GR)

Product made from edible sea Laurencia, harvested by hand in their natural environment, selected and washed, chopped, packaged and frozen. Also known as Pepper Dulse, it’s possibly one of the tastiest seaweed in the world. This diminutive little seaweed is to be found on rocks at mid to low tide. It is also known as the truffle of the sea. It’s intense flavor a result of the presence of aromatic compounds called terpenes. It has an incredible complex flavor of salt, pepper, chili, oyster and truffle. Use it as an ingredient in salads, rice, soups, creams and sauces.
